New Sales Director Structure for NRS Media International
Ric Camilleri, Managing Director of NRS Media International announced a strategic shift of appointments for his Sales Director staff in the International office based in Sydney.
“Recent and exciting changes have been the catalyst in restructuring our business. The re-allocation of Michael Tate our current Sales Director and the promotion of one of our most senior Account Directors, Stephen Pead, to Account Director Leader is a pivotal and important shift for NRS Media” Ric said today.
Stephen Pead has been named Sales Director leading NRS Media’s Account Director and Field Teams whilst Michael Tate is taking on the role of Sales Director for the burgeoning Inside Sales and Outsource division.
“Michael has a vast knowledge of effective media and advertising use built up over the last 25 years working for some of the world’s largest television and radio groups. His sales management, coaching and motivational skills are second to none, and he’s also worked ‘client-side’ in a National Media appointment for the Toyota Motor Corporation. Michael brings a unique and powerful skill-set into play for NRS Media and is expected to grow our Outsource Divisions exponentially – we’re very happy he is spearheading this important division for us.” Ric stated.
“Stephen Pead on the other hand is a very experienced and well-known senior player in the media industry and will be leading the way for our Account Director contingent”.
Stephen’s background is centred on high performance training, one on one coaching, sales management training, business growth strategies and leadership seminars that educate, inspire and entertain. He’s worked with many major media groups including News Corp, SBS, Fairfax Media, Southern Cross Austereo, Condé Nast International, Times of India Group and Primedia Broadcasting and brings to NRS Media an enormous wealth of wisdom and knowledge.
Along with the sales management restructure in Australia, NRS Media’s Johannesburg-based South African office led by Jenni Critchfield will also fall back within the Australian jurisdiction in order to be fully resourced and supported by Mr Camilleri, Pead and Tate giving NRS Media’s client-partners based on the African continent access to best practice advertising sales processes and a global knowledge base.
