Primedia set the bar high each year for sales performance and are always looking to find new and innovative ways to generate and grow revenue for their shareholders. When NRS Media began working with Primedia nine years ago, their challenge was to provide fresh and different ways of contributing to the company’s increasingly high revenue targets.

Primedia run NRS Media’s Image Plus programme every year across their four radio stations, to target local businesses in each town. The businesses that take part really benefit; they get to discover the advantages of advertising on radio, increase their brand awareness and set themselves apart from their competitors. The Image Plus members receive great value and exceptional customer service. Primedia have run the programme for many years and enjoy a high renewal rate from current members as well as well a significant number of new businesses that have never tried radio. The Image Plus programme accounts for a sizable part of their direct client revenue. As well as generating new business, Primedia believe that there are also other significant wider benefits to the partnership. As Direct Sales Manager Anthony Popper says: “Running the NRS Media programme is a tremendous training platform for the sales team.
