What do you love about your role?
Helping Media partners significantly increase their local direct advertising revenue for the year within 3 months and seeing the big smile on the Management’s faces. I also love seeing sales reps changing their behaviour and becoming more confident and productive after going through our training sessions. What I also enjoy about my role is to see individuals coming together to create a successful team environment that in turn produces fantastic results.
What has been your career path to date, how did you progress to the NRS Media role?
My first job was to work as a Business Development Manager for Berlitz Paris, the world leader in language training and international management seminar. I then moved to the UK in 2001 and worked an Account Manager at Harrods selling kitchenware products. In 2004 I started my life in Media working for Clarion Events as a Business Development Manager selling exhibition space before working as an International Account & Business Development Manager for Emap also selling exhibition space on the largest UK home and gift trade exhibition: Spring Fair International.

We are extremely close to each other and we really look after one another. The company is full of talented professionals who come together to make an exceptional team that deliver what they promise.
What have you learnt during your time at NRS Media?
I have learnt how to achieve advertising sales success by following two fundamental principles which are; innovation for sales strategy i.e. running successful advertiser acquisition programmes and implementing a systematic approach to sales training.
